Hospital Manager Jordan Culbertson, RVTJordan has worked for Primary Pet Care since 2012 following her internship with us when she was attending and the Veterinary Technology program at Brown Mackie College. Shortly after graduation, she sat for her board exam and became a Registered Veterinary Technician in the State of Ohio.

Prior to to becoming the Hospital Manager, Jordan worked for Primary Pet Care as a Veterinary Assistant, Veterinary Technician, and managed the surgery department for two years. She has two rambunctious senior Australian Shepherds, Frankie Sue and Conan, and a senior Asthmatic cat named Allison. In her free time she likes to visit local parks and hiking trails with her husband and young daughter.

Veterinary Technician Sara Davidson, RVTSara has been with Primary Pet Care since 2014 and has performed the roles of Lead Technician & Surgical Supervisor prior to becoming Assistant Hospital Manager. She is also a Registered Veterinary Technician in the State of Ohio and graduated from Stautzenberger College in 2012. Sara is passionate about her work in the veterinary field and has experience in emergency & critical care. Uma & Elvira are her pups, both adopted from the Humane Society of Summit County.

Returning to school to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine was the best decision she made, and she looks forward to her future advancing in the field.  

Veterinary Technician Dustin Evans, RVTDustin has been with Primary Pet Care since the summer of 2016. He began his career by graduating from Stautzenberger College with a degree in Veterinary Technology. He became a Registered Veterinary Technician in the fall of 2016.

Prior to working at Primary Pet Care, Dustin interned and volunteered at The Humane Society of Summit County in the surgery unit. Dustin has a snow-loving Siberian Husky named Piper. He enjoys training Piper to be a sled dog, is a Padi certified scuba diver, and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Veterinary Assistant Amanda HeadAmanda has been with Primary Pet Care since mid 2017 and works one of our Veterinary Assistants. She plans on attending vet tech school in the near future.

When she isn't working she enjoys spending time with her family, and of course her three rescue dogs!


Veterinary Assistant Brittany SmithBrittany has been working at Primary Pet Care since 2015. She is not only one of our Veterinary Assistants but works in our surgical department, too!

Brittany has always had a passion for animals, leaving her with eight ducks, three dogs, and two ferrets, with hopes in getting more pets along the way. In Brittany’s free time she likes going four wheeling with her fiancé and spending time with her friends and family.


Veterinary Assistant Daniele BuckDani has been with Primary Pet Care since February 2017. She is currently in her second year at Stautzenberger College pursuing her degree as a Veterinary Technician and will be graduating in October 2018. Over the last ten years, Dani has worked in many different aspects of the animal care field, including as a kennel/grooming assistant, an Animal Keeper at an Exotic Animal Rescue and Sanctuary here in Ohio, and as a technician at a Pet Emergency Center in Pennsylvania.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exploring parks, kayaking, bike riding, and visiting animal sanctuaries both local and out of state with her husband. She has a senior mixed breed dog, four cats, and two hamsters.

Veterinary Assistant Jessica snyderJessica has been working at Primary Pet Care since 2017. She loves her job and enjoys working with people and their pets. In Jessica's Spare time she enjoys spending time with family and Friends. She has four dogs - two puppies who are sibling and their parents!

Jessica is thinking about expanding her education in the animal field with a focus on exotics or small animal medicine.


Veterinary Assistant Katie WhiteKatie has been at Primary Pet Care since January 2017. She attended an online school to become a Veterinarians Assistant. She previously worked at the Humane Society Of Summit County and enjoyed helping the animals there as well. On her off time she enjoys baking and taking care of her fish.



Veterinary Technician Kendra HeiserKendra graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL with a B.S. in Biology. Prior to working at Primary Pet Care, Kendra worked in the pet food industry for 7 years and volunteered at different wildlife rehabilitation clinics. She has traveled to Guatemala and around the United States to work with rehabilitated wildlife and hopes to continue working in rehabilitation and conservation.

Kendra has an Australian Shepard named Teva, a mixed rhodesian ridgeback named Roamer and a Pomeranian/Maltese named Bearenstien. Kendra also has three cats that she rescued named Fred, Penguino and Lentil. In her free time she likes to go off trail hiking and travel.
